Elissa Carmichael is Guildea Residential’s office manager and leader of our property management division.

But she’s so much more than that title suggests! As a member of the Guildea team for over 14 years, Elissa ensures every client has a premium experience.

With a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Masters of Accounting, Elissa has a unique blend of creative thinking and a systematic approach to ensure clients have a seamless property management experience.
